Impact Teamwear - Ordering Policy
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post and are sent standard post to the delivery address submitted when you fill in the order. No responsibility is taken by Impact Teamwear for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to major cities is generally within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to other countries is available. All international orders are dispatched using Australia Post. If an item you have selected is unavailable you will be contacted within 2-3 business days and advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable.
All credit card transactions are processed securely.
All pricing listed on the Impact Teamwear website is in Australian Dollars and plus GST (10%).
Refunds, Exchanges or Faulty Products
Please choose carefully as Impct Teamwear do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You must notify Impact Teamwear within 48 hours of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. You may choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or credit amounts will apply only to the purchase price of the item you are returning, postage & handling costs will not be credited.
